Smashed avocado, jammy egg, dukkah, lemon on thick-cut sourdough.
Whole-milk yogurt, granola, seasonal fruit, a drizzle of the good honey.

Baked before sunrise. When it's gone, it's gone — that's the slow way.
Espresso-soaked sponge, mascarpone cream, fresh berries. Made each morning.
Laminated for two days, baked at dawn. Shatteringly flaky.
A staff favourite. Toasted with salted butter on request.
Sugar-crusted, orange zest, warm cardamom. Gone by ten most days.
